Dear Crusader parents
As you are aware, there is a shortage of bus drivers and as a result we have experienced delays. We have also had drivers covering extra routes, and drivers new to the job. They are all doing their best and we are grateful for their efforts in transporting our students safely to and from school.
Yesterday, one of our drivers was yelled and sworn at by a parent. This is not how we treat people in our community. As well as being verbally abusive to someone who is doing their best, this is an appalling example to set our students.
We ask for your patience and understanding, and for you to treat our drivers with kindness, courtesy, and compassion.
